Honestly I wish the uk would allow things like pepper spray for use in emergency situations only. Because we aren’t allowed to carry anything whatsoever for self defense. All you can hope to do is be in places where there are lots of people who could and hopefully would intervene if something happened. And move fast through areas otherwise. A pointy umbrella is the best you’ll get.

Hey guys I just passed the PAT today! It’s definitely doable if you just push yourself- well for me personally, I PRAYED and Trusted GOD! 🙏🏾💪🏾💯 I’m 37, 5’06 and 222 lbs and I’ll say the monkey bars and the 0.5 mile run was the challenges for me. Most passed today just a few people failed who couldn’t clear that first wall and the run. We did the obstacle course first and the run after due to trying to beat the rain. Good Luck and You CAN DO IT!!

Took mine today 5/30/2024 I passed!!! If I can do it you can. Just run with the group and you’ll do fine. The obstacle course wasn’t bad but after the monkey bars, my arms kinda gave out..finish with time remaining YOU CAN DO IT GUYS!!!! 😊

Hello everyone took my test today 05/02/2024. I passed . Everyone in the class did except for one person. I would say everyone was very much winded after the mile run so I would suggest working in cardio. I was scared about the monkey bars on the obstacle but I’m not gonna lie it was someone timing you and she was very encouraging and really was motivating us to keep pushing so I just kept pushing. The obstacle course wasn’t hard however because I was so winded from the run I literally finished at 1:59… overall if I can do it… you can do it, and I literally quit smoking like a week pior to taking the test soo just imagine how my lungs are …. You guys got this I promise you .
